Slow Cook Function

Custom-Control Technology

Takes the guesswork out of selecting the proper temperature for different applications. Three distinct zones are clearly identified letting you set the right temperature for warming, slow cooking, or bread proofing.

Bread Proof Function

provides consistent low heat to help activate the yeast in dough while it proofs, promoting rise and infusing flavor. For best results, set the Humidity Slide Control to Moist while proofing.

Humidity Slide Control

adjusts moisture levels in the drawer to help retain the flavor and texture of different foods. The Dry Setting lets steam escape, great for baked goods and fried foods. The Moist Setting seals in moisture, great for egg dishes, roasts and vegetables.

Two-Position Racks

can be placed front-to-back or side-to-side to accommodate cookware in a variety of shapes and sizes. Warming drawer includes two racks.

Power Indicator Light

located on the front of the warming drawer shows at a glance when the drawer is on and in use.
